IT Hub Africa – Seller Terms & Agreement

This Seller Terms and Agreement ("Agreement") governs the relationship between IT Hub Africa Limited (“Platform”, “We”, “Us”) and the individual or entity (“Seller”, “You”) registering to sell goods or services on the Platform. By registering as a Seller, you agree to all the terms below.

1. Introduction

By creating a Seller account on IT Hub Africa, you acknowledge and agree to operate in compliance with the terms outlined in this Agreement and any applicable laws and regulations.

2. Seller Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old or a legally registered business.
• You must provide accurate business, bank, and tax information.
• You must comply with all applicable regulations in your operating jurisdiction.

3. Seller Obligations

• Product Listings: Provide accurate product details, images, and pricing.
• Inventory Management: Keep stock updated and ensure timely shipping.
• Legal Compliance: All products must meet safety and regulatory standards.
• Customer Service: Respond promptly and resolve disputes professionally.

4. Prohibited Products

Sellers are strictly prohibited from listing:

• Illegal, counterfeit, or stolen items.
• Intellectual property–infringing products.
• Hazardous or restricted materials.
• Any item prohibited under applicable laws.

5. Fees and Payments

• Sellers must pay applicable listing or service fees.
• Payouts will be made to the bank details provided on the Seller dashboard.
• We may freeze or suspend Seller accounts in cases of fraud or disputes.

6. Shipping and Fulfillment

• Sellers are responsible for packaging, shipping, and timely delivery.
• Tracking information must be uploaded for all shipped orders.
• Buyers may choose logistics partners listed on the platform.
• Late or failed deliveries may result in penalties or account suspension.

7. Returns and Refunds

• Sellers must comply with the Platform’s return and refund policies.
• Refunds should be processed promptly after product return.
• Sellers are responsible for return shipping unless otherwise stated.

8. Intellectual Property

• Sellers grant the Platform a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use product content for marketing and promotional purposes.
• Sellers must ensure they legally own or have rights to all uploaded content.

9. Data Protection

• Sellers must comply with all applicable data protection laws.
• Customer data may be used solely for order fulfillment.
• Sellers must not share customer information with third parties.

10. Termination

• We may suspend or terminate Seller accounts for breaches or misconduct.
• Sellers may terminate their account with 30 days' written notice.
• All outstanding obligations must be fulfilled before termination.

11. Limitation of Liability

• The Platform is not responsible for losses arising from Seller negligence, product defects, misrepresentation, or any unlawful activity.
• Sellers agree to indemnify IT Hub Africa against claims resulting from their activities.

12. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed under the laws of Nigeria. All disputes will be resolved in Nigerian courts.

13. Amendments

The Platform may revise this Agreement at any time. Sellers will be notified, and continued use of the Platform implies acceptance of updated terms.

14. Entire Agreement

This Agreement represents the full understanding between IT Hub Africa and the Seller, superseding all previous discussions or agreements.
